Had real good stay in this nice hotel, the staff were amiable, location was beautiful in Genoa's old town. Location: the property was close enough to a charming square in the old medieval town, near the port, aquarium, palaces, churches and Cristopher Columbus' house and all the attractions and the metro. Charming historic building with a helpful host. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and personalized. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the main attractions on foot. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of air conditioning and low ceilings, I would still highly recommend B&B Piccoli Leoni for a unique and enjoyable stay in Genoa. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Next to the station. Not far from the center (30 minutes walk to Duomo, or 5 minutes by metro). Friendly staff
Found four cockroaches in the room. I had to shake my stuff up so that I wouldn't take them home.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with freshly-made croissants and delicious focaccia. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with plenty of art and theater options nearby and easy access to the marina. the bed was super comfortable and the room was nicely decorated.
One minor inconvenience was the fact that the bathroom was located outside of the room. , there were air fresheners plugged in that had to be removed due to allergies.

This place was amazing! the breakfast was delicious, they served fresh home-made food that was really good! they would add a different sweet extra every day. the location was key, being in the heart of the city with everything at walking distance. the rooms were spacious and very clean. Two complementary facts were also a plus.
Though. the rooms tended to get hot and there was no air conditioner, just a fan.

The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms on the 4th and 5th floors. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. That the breakfast could have been more healthy as some other reviews mentioned fruit which we were not offered. However, the pastries provided were of superior quality and delicious.
